SENIOR KADEEM CAMPBELL NAMED MVP AND MEN'S TEAM TAKES 2ND PLACE

New York, NY- 2013 CUNYAC/US Army Outdoor Track and Field Championships concluded at Ichan Stadium in New York, NY. The Men's team finished 2^nd Overall with 142.5pts. This marks the 4^th consecutive year, the Men's team finishes runner up. The Women finished 8^th Overall with 18pts. Senior Kadeem Campbell was named Most Valuable Athlete of the Championships. This is the3rd time he has was named to this honor. The last was in 2012 and the other was in 2010, when he was also named Rookie of the Year. On the Men's Side, Senior Campbell won High Jump and fellow classmate Elston Alexis won gold in Shot Put. On the Women's Side, Sophomore Samantha Brathwaite won gold in High Jump.
